OUR MISSION
We provide a safe-space for femmes and others with marginalized gender identities in the community to come together, inspire one another, and have a voice. We are dedicated to educating and empowering youth through musical exploration, creative expression, and performance. Our goal is to foster the growth, self-respect, collaboration, and critical thinking among individuals of all backgrounds and abilities within a non-competitive learning environment.
OUR CAMP
We host a week-long summer camp for girls and others with marginalized gender identities, ages 12-18, to form bands, write an original song, and play it live at the end of the week. No experience necessary! We offer engaging and empowering workshops throughout the week in addition to music instruction. This camp is not limited to any specific genres or styles and each band member will bring their own unique flavor to the band they form.
